Over thirty years experience in science and technology strategy development and management with specific expertise in business driven project selection processes, technology career development and performance management processes, and strategic roadmapping. Mike was previously Aerospace Technology Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. His principle scientific domain expertise is in Solid State Physics and Optics.
Ken MacFadden, PhD – Associate
Results oriented technology executive with expertise in multi-site operations, Six Sigma processes, and strategic/tactical planning in Fortune 500 companies. Strategist experienced in leveraging technology into new business opportunities while maintaining operational excellence and productivity. Created and managed global service laboratory resulting in significant savings and productivity gains. Ken was previously VP of Research and Technology for Honeywell International, Inc and VP of the Research Division of W. R. Grace. Ken’s scientific domain expertise is in Polymer and Materials Science.
